At Peace Through Strength Apparel, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, items must be free from signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Items damaged through normal use or improper care

  • Clearance or final sale items, if applicable
